Accounts and Access
Flash Candle currently operates on top of Claude AI by Anthropic. A Claude Pro subscription ($20/mo from Anthropic) is required. Flash Candle subscriptions unlock additional research frameworks and tools built on top of Claude.
Prohibited Use
- Using Flash Candle outputs as the sole basis for financial decisions
- Redistributing or reselling access codes or outputs
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the platform
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
Limitation of Liability
Flash Candle and its creators are not liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or damages arising from the use of this platform. All use is at your own risk.

Privacy Policy
What we collect
Flash Candle may collect your email address if you subscribe or contact support. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — Flash Candle never stores card details.
How we use it
- To send your subscription access code
- To respond to billing or support inquiries
- To send product updates if you opt in
Third parties
Flash Candle uses Stripe for payments, Claude AI (Anthropic) for AI processing, and standard web hosting. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Cookies
Flash Candle uses browser localStorage for saving your watchlist and journal entries locally. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics are used.
Data retention
Email addresses are retained for as long as your subscription is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing cashclopton@gmail.com.
Refund Policy
48-hour guarantee: If you are not satisfied within 48 hours of your first payment, contact cashclopton@gmail.com for a full refund. No questions asked.
After 48 hours, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation stops future billing immediately but does not automatically generate a refund for the current period.
All subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. See the Billing page for the portal link.
