These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flash Candle ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Flash Candle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this Service.

By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that Flash Candle, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any trading losses, investment decisions, or financial outcomes you experience, regardless of whether those decisions were influenced by content generated by this platform.

Flash Candle offers monthly subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for technical issues that prevented you from accessing the Service. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge via email to the contact address below.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation. To cancel, contact us at the email address below or through your payment provider's dashboard.
Flash Candle operates on top of Claude AI by Anthropic. Use of Flash Candle requires a separate Claude Pro account ($20/month from Anthropic). This cost is not included in your Flash Candle subscription and is governed by Anthropic's own Terms of Service.

The Flash Candle platform, including its design, structure, tool frameworks, prompts, and interface, is the intellectual property of Flash Candle. The research tool frameworks are based on The No-BS Guide to AI for Trading & Market Research by Ash Cole.
AI-generated outputs produced through your use of the platform are provided for your personal research use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercialise these outputs without express written permission.
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, its underlying systems, and any improvements thereto.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Flash Candle at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flash Candle is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Content you paste into research tools (earnings transcripts, news articles, etc.) is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for processing. This is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy. Flash Candle does not store, log, or retain the content of your research queries.
